We are thrilled to provide booking, invoices, estimates and other technology solutions (the “Services”) to professionals, and auto shop owners (“Professionals”).

This Privacy Policy outlines how Eligant AI, LLC (“Eligant,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information pertaining to professionals, such as auto shop owners and other service providers (“Professionals”), through our website (www.Eligant.tech), mobile applications, and related services.

This Policy only applies to the information we collect from and about Professionals and not from or about individuals who may interact with Professionals, such as by booking an appointment or receiving invoices and estimates.  If you are an individual who has used the Services to provide personal information to a Professional and have questions about their data handling practices, please consult the Professional’s privacy policy and contact the Professional if you have questions or wish to exercise any rights you may have under applicable law.

Information We Collect

We collect information through various means, as detailed below, to provide and enhance our Services.

a. Information You Provide Directly

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Account Registration: When you create an Eligant account.
  • Communications: When you contact customer support or communicate with us.
  • Business Information: When you provide details about your business, including name, address, services offered, pricing, availability, and images or videos of your work.
  • Transactional Data: When you purchase our Services.
  • Marketing Preferences: When you subscribe to newsletters or promotional content.

This data may include, but is not limited to, identifiers such as name, phone number, email address, license number, and vehicle identification numbers (VINs).

b. Information from Other Sources

We may collect supplemental information from external sources, including:

  • Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention: Information from non-affiliated third parties to verify your identity or enhance security measures.
  • User-Provided Information: If another user provides your contact details, such as when referring you to our Services.

We share data with third parties when you provide explicit consent, such as when opting into co-branded services.

SMS Messaging & Consent

When you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive communications from Eligant, you consent to receive SMS messages from eligant.tech related to account creation, onboarding, service reminders, and support. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of receiving these messages at any time by replying with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END to any message.

Eligant will not send promotional or marketing SMS messages without your express consent. Your phone number and personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Targeted Advertising and Analytics

We engage others to deliver advertising targeted to your interests on other companies’ sites or mobile apps and to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, better understand your activity, and perform related services across the web and in mobile applications. To do so, these entities may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites and mobile apps, including your IP address, web browser and mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked, and conversion information. Some of these disclosures may be considered “sales,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under applicable law. You can opt out of these disclosures by clicking the “Your Privacy Rights” link on our homepage at www.eligant.tech. Your mobile device may also include a feature that allows you to opt out of having certain information collected through mobile apps used for behavioral advertising purposes.

In addition, we may share identifiers, like email addresses and phone numbers, with some of our advertising partners. These advertising partners translate that information into a unique identifier that can then be used to show ads that are more relevant to you across the web and in mobile apps. Depending on where you reside, you may opt out of these disclosures by sending us a request.

Your Choices and Controls

Profile Information: You can update certain of your profile information by accessing your account.

Marketing Communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the directions in those emails. Cookies & Analytics: As described in the “Targeted Advertising and Analytics” section above, we and our partners may process personal information to serve you advertisements on third-party properties.
